- Communication: Facilitate communication within the office, distribute internal announcements, and ensure information flow between teams.
- Expense Tracking: Assist in tracking and managing office expenses, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Skills Required
- Education: High school diploma required; additional certification or coursework in office administration or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in office administration or a similar role, demonstrating proficiency in administrative tasks.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle various responsibilities efficiently.
