  • Expense Tracking: Assist in tracking and managing office expenses, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Skills Required

  • Education: High school diploma required; additional certification or coursework in office administration or a related field is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in office administration or a similar role, demonstrating proficiency in administrative tasks.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle various responsibilities efficiently.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with employees, clients, and vendors.
