We are seeking a talented and experienced Odoo Developer to join our dynamic development team. As an Odoo Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Odoo applications to support our business processes. Responsibilities
- Customization and Development: Customize and develop Odoo applications, modules, and workflows to meet specific business requirements.
- Integration: Integrate Odoo with third-party systems and applications to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability.
- Database Management: Manage and optimize Odoo databases, ensuring data integrity, security, and performance.
- User Training: Provide training to end-users on the effective use of Odoo applications and modules.
- Workflow Automation: Implement workflow automation to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Odoo applications, addressing issues and ensuring smooth operation.
- Version Upgrades: Manage and execute version upgrades of Odoo to ensure the use of the latest features and improvements.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for Odoo applications, configurations, and customizations.
Skills Required
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications in Odoo development are a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in Odoo development, with a proven track record of successful implementations.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Python programming language. Strong knowledge of Odoo framework and development best practices. Experience with Odoo customization, module development, and integration. Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze business processes and translate them into effective Odoo solutions.
- Collaboration: Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively within a team and with stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing business requirements and evolving Odoo versions.
