- Model Evaluation: Evaluate the performance of machine learning models, fine-tuning parameters and ensuring robustness and reliability.

- Data Visualization: Create visually appealing and informative data visualizations to communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest advancements in data science and machine learning, applying new techniques and methodologies to improve analytical processes.
Skills Required
- Education: Master's or Ph.D. in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Relevant certifications in data science are a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience in data science, with a proven track record of developing and implementing machine learning models.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in programming languages such as Python or R. Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch). Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and modeling techniques. Familiarity with data manipulation and analysis libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to approach complex business challenges analytically.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills to convey technical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
