  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization in data collection, analysis, and reporting.

Skills Required

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications in data analysis are a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of professional experience in data analysis or a related role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in data analysis tools such as Python, R, or SQL. Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Basic knowledge of statistical analysis and hypothesis testing.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex data and derive meaningful insights.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills to convey data findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within a team and across departments to deliver impactful insights.
