  • Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations with clients, addressing concerns, and working towards successful deal closures.

  • Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and outcomes using CRM tools, providing regular updates to the leadership team.

Skills Required

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Additional certifications in sales or business development are a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in business development or sales roles, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Sales Skills: Strong prospecting and lead generation skills. Excellent negotiation and closing abilities. Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the industry and market trends relevant to the organization's products or services.
  • Customer Focus: A customer-centric approach with the ability to understand and address client needs effectively.
