Responsibilities

  • Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to management, highlighting key financial metrics and areas for improvement.

  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and procedures, providing guidance to departments on budgetary compliance.

Skills Required

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. Additional certifications such as Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM) are advantageous.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in budget analysis, financial planning, or a related role, demonstrating proficiency in financial management.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Financial Modeling: Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting to support strategic financial planning.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex financial information to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in budget preparation, analysis, and reporting.
  • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with financial software and tools, including Excel, ERP systems, and budgeting software.
