Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Brand Development: Collaborate with the marketing and leadership teams to contribute to the development and evolution of the brand strategy and visual identity.
  • Visual Storytelling: Create visual elements, including logos, color palettes, typography, and imagery, that effectively communicate the brand's story and values.
  • Brand Guidelines: Develop and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints, both online and offline.
  • Collateral Design: Design a range of branded materials, such as marketing collateral, promotional materials, and packaging, to support various marketing and communication initiatives.
  • Digital Presence: Enhance the brand's digital presence through the creation of engaging visuals for websites, social media platforms, and other digital channels.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product teams, to ensure alignment with overall brand objectives.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor branding, and emerging design styles to inform and inspire brand design decisions.

Skills Required

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. Additional certifications in branding or design strategy are a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in brand design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful brand development projects.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or equivalent. Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography. Experience in developing and implementing brand guidelines.
  • Strategic Thinking: A strategic mindset with the ability to translate brand objectives into visual elements that resonate with the target audience.
  • Creative Portfolio: A diverse and compelling portfolio that demonstrates a deep understanding of brand design, storytelling, and the ability to create memorable visual identities.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively present and articulate brand design concepts and decisions.
